BLACKVILLE, S.C. — September 18, 2026 — Macedonia Elementary/Middle School celebrated the induction of 21 students into the National Junior Beta Club during a ceremony held Thursday evening.
Before an audience of family members, teachers and school leaders, the students were formally welcomed into the prestigious academic honor organization in recognition of their accomplishments and promise as emerging leaders. During the ceremony, each inductee pledged to uphold National Beta’s core ideals of achievement, character, leadership and service.
“We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Their induction into the National Beta Club reflects not only their academic success but also their potential to make a positive impact in their school and community,” said Macedonia Elementary/Middle School Principal Chelsea Calhoun.
